Tor homes have made the decision to take over existing Porter Davis homes.
In the past we have helped number of customers who were affected by the liquidation of Bricol construction and Snowdon homes, and have successfully completed the projects.

For single storey house we can take on at any stage. For double storey we can take over the house that are up to frame stage.

You should engage us at the earliest stage before processing the claims to VMIA.
We can help you to find the defects of the existing structure that help you get reimbursement from VMIA.
If the VMIA misses any defects in their initial inspection, it gets difficult to put another claim for the defects we may encounter at the time of takeover.
That may result in delay of the work or loss of money.

We were building our house in Truganina from Snowdon homes when they went into liquidation leaving our house at frame stage. The frame was exposed to weather for almost a year as we couldn’t find a right Builder. But at the end, Tor Homes helped us and now we are about to finish our house. Our house was left incomplete at fixing stage by Bricol construction. We did not have any idea about the process and VMIA. Nimitt has helped us through the VMIA insurance claim process and made sure all the payments are made by VMIA for the existing defects by the previous Builder.
